Homemade pita: the recipe for make it soft and delicious

Ingredients:
200 ml water
150 ml hot milk
1 cube and half of yeast
70 ml yogurt
2 tablespoons oil
1 sugar spoon
1 pinch of salt
500 gr flour
Directions:
In a bowl pour water, milk, yeast, yogurt, oil, sugar and salt. Stir until the cube melts and then add the flour. Form a loaf and let rise until doubled in volume.
Then cut into small pieces and spread out into discs. Bake at 400°F (200°) for 10 minutes.
