Mille-feuille with diplomat cream and berries: a treat for your palate

Ingredients:
1 roll of puff pastry
Blackberries, raspberries and strawberries
Mint
Custard: 2 egg yolks, 50 grams of sugar, 25 grams of corn starch, 250 grams of milk, vanilla to taste
200ml whipped cream
sugar
Directions:
Cut two discs of 20-cm diameter dough, make holes and sprinkle some sugar. Bake at 180°C (360°F) for 10/12 minutes.
Cream: whip the egg yolks with sugar and starch. Bring the milk to a boil with the vanilla and then add the two mixtures, let it thicken.
Once the cream has cooled you will have to add it to the whipped cream.
Create your dessert and serve.
