Mushroom Omelette: easy to make and very tasty

Ingredients:
1 yellow onion
2 cups thinly sliced cremini mushrooms
2 Tbsp butter
1/2 cup white wine
1/2 cup heavy cream
Salt and pepper
A pinch of fresh chopped dill
3 eggs
1 cremini mushroom

1/2 cup Cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper
Directions:
Chop the onion, the mushrooms and the herbs. Place in a pan the butter and add onion and mushrooms. Stirring occasionally for 2-3 mins until golden. Pour into white wine and heavy cream. In an other skillet add butter, then let it cook some mushroom. Swirl the eggs into it. Cook for 1 min or until set to your liking, swirling with a fork now and again.
Spoon the mushroom mix over one half of the omelette. Using a spatula or palette knife, flip the omelette over to cover the mushrooms. Cook for a few moments more, lift onto a plate and serve it.
