Cabbage kofta curry: these balls will surprise everyone

Ingredients:
Balls:
1/2 chopped cabbage
1/4 tsp cumin seeds
1 chopped green chili
1/2 Chopped ginger
1 tbsp Coriander
Salt
Basan flour 1/2 cup
Tomato puree
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp coriander powder
1/4 tsp kauri methi powder
1 tbsp besan powder
1 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp Garam masala
Salt
1/2 cup water
Chopped coriander
Directions:
In a bowl place and mix the ingredients to make the balls, mix well and fry in hot oil. Set aside.
Make the tomato puree and mix with spices, salt, water and chopped coriander. Let it cook and pour in a dish, add the balls and cover with other sauce.
