Cauliflower fritters: serve them over a bed of spinach, delicious

Ingredients:
3 cups of grated cauliflower
½ cup of freshly grated cheese
2 eggs beaten
1 Tbsp chopped jalapeno
¼ cup finely chopped bell pepper
2 finely chopped green onions
1-2 cloves minced garlic
1 tsp dried italian seasoning
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp chili powder
Mayonnaise and lemon for dressing
Directions:
In a bowl, add the grated cauliflower and the rest of the ingredients.
Mix all ingredients well, then separate into individual portions for cakes.
Form each portion into a ball and squeeze out excess liquid.

Place the fritters on a baking tray and bake at 400°F (200°) for 40 minutes. Serve with spinach and mayonnaise.
