Garlic shrimp and herbed couscous salad: healthy, quick and delicious meal

Ingredients:
Couscous
Shrimps
Olive oil
Salt
Garlic
Pepper
Lemon juice and zest
Cucumber
Parsley
Feta cheese
Oregano
Directions:
Cook the cous cous, in a skillet brown the shrimp with oil and season with salt, pepper and garlic. Finally add lemon juice.
In a bowl mix parsley, oregano, oil, salt and lemon zest. Mix this mixture with cous cous.
Then compose your salad and enjoy.
