A tip to have delicious roast potatoes with beer

Ingredients:
1kg potatoes
2 yellow onions, large
66cl beer (possibly dark)
100g bacon
Salt to taste
oil to taste
pepper and juniper to taste
grated cheese
 
Directions:
Peel the potatoes and put them in the pot to boil together with the onion. Cut into slices and then place a first layer in the baking pan, add bacon, onion, pepper, salt and cheese. Cover with another layer of potatoes and pour in the beer. Bake at 180°C (360°F) for 1 and a half. At 30 minutes from the end of cooking you can add breadcrumbs.
