Crispy fried calamari

Ingredients:
Fresh and clean calamari
150g all-purpose flour 
150g semolina
1 clove garlic
A few drops of olive oil and white vinegar
Oil for deep frying
 
Directions:
After washing and cleaning the squid, cut them into slices. Put them in a bowl and mix them with garlic, oil and vinegar, let them marinate for 1 hour.
Then place them in the plastic bag with the flour, shake well and deep fry in hot oil.
