Simple steps to make crusty French baguettes

Ingredients:
700g all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons dry yeast
2 teaspoons salt
530ml water
Directions:
In a bowl mix flour, yeast and salt. Then pour the water and mix with the handle of a wooden spoon until dough is smooth.
Divide the dough it into more doughs and let rise for two hours. Then shape the baguettes and place them side by side, let rise for another hour. Stuff and bake at 220°C (440°F) for 45 minutes.
