How to prepare a tasty cloud bread: fill it and enjoy

Ingredients:
3 large eggs
1/8 teaspoon cream of tartar
1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/8 teaspoon sea salt
1/8 teaspoon cream of tartar
1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/8 teaspoon sea salt
Nonstick cooking spray
Preparation:
Separate the eggs into two bowls, whip the egg whites and the cream of tartar.
Then mix the yolks with yogurt and sea salt, then add the egg white.
Bake at 300°F (150°) for 30 minutes. Then fill as you prefer.
