Spinach & Ricotta Lasagne: The White Version Of The Classic Recipe

Ingredients:
Serves 5:
400g lasagne
Béchamel sauce
400g spinach
Grated cheese to taste
250g fresh ricotta
Smoked cheese or stringy cheese (enough to fill)
 
Directions:
After preparing the béchamel and boiling the spinach, you can start making your recipe. Mix the spinach with the ricotta, then form the various layers alternating lasagna, béchamel, spinach and smoked cheese. Finally cover with smoked cheese and grated cheese, pour water into the pan and bake at 200°C (400°F) for 25-30 minutes.
