Sweet and delicious ricotta fritters: few steps for a perfect recipe

Ingredients:
4 eggs
pinch of salt
140g sugar
1 lemon slice
250g ricotta
1 tsp yeast
240g all-purpose flour
30g milk
1 liter corn oil
Directions:
In a bowl, mix eggs, salt, sugar, vanilla extract and ricotta. Then add yeast, flour and milk. Once you get a smooth mixture without lumps you can fry the pancakes, help yourself with two spoons. Serve with powdered sugar.
