Lemon cookies: crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside. Delicious!

Ingredients:
1 big lemon
1 egg
300g all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
100g sugar
100ml seed oil
Powdered sugar
Directions:
Mix the sugar with the oil, then add an egg and the juice of a lemon. Finally add the flour and baking powder; knead the dough until smooth and soft. After leaving it in the fridge for an hour, shape balls and coat them in granulated sugar and powdered sugar. Bake at 180°C (360°F) for 10 minutes.
