Fried fluffy doughnuts: homemade simple recipe

Ingredients:
550g all-purpose flour
2 eggs
175g hot milk
25g fresh yeast
1 tsp vanilla-flavored baking powder
Zest of an orange and a lemon
Juice of half an orange
2 tablespoons brandy
50g sugar
50g lard
peanut oil for frying
 
Directions:
In a mixer, beat the eggs with the sugar, then add the orange and lemon zest. Then add the juice and flour, dissolve the yeast in the milk and add to the mixture. Finally add lard, vanilla-flavored baking powder and brandy. Let rise covered until doubled. Then shape the doughnuts and let rise again for another 30 minutes. Deep fry in boiling oil and then coat in the sugar.
