Fried feta: simple and irresistible!

INGREDIENTS
350g of ricotta cheese/feta 
Breadcrumbs
Panko breadcrumbs
2 eggs
Salt
Pepper
Oil for frying

METHOD
  1. Cut the ricotta into small cubes to prepare them.
  2. Mix the breadcrumbs with the panko breadcrumbs.
  3. Prepare the eggs by beating them and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Add the ricotta cubes first into the egg mixture, then coat them with the breadcrumbs mixture.
  5. Fry the ricotta cubes in the hot oil until they are golden brown on all sides.
