GREEK SALAD: the original recipe with feta, PERFECT for a QUICK LUNCH! π€π

INGREDIENTS
For the olives:
Kalamata olives
White wine vinegar
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt
200g of feta
Cherry tomatoes
260g of tomatoes
2 cucumbers
1 onion
1 spring onion
Salt
Pepper
Dry oregano
Extra virgin olive oil
METHOD
1. In a bowl, pour the olives and season them with white vinegar, oil, and salt. Mix well and let them marinate for 2 hours.
2. In the meantime, cut the feta into cubes. Also, cut the cherry tomatoes in half, and the large tomatoes and onion into cubes.
3. Finish by slicing the cucumber and spring onion.
4. Now, it's time to assemble your salad. On a large plate, pour the tomatoes, cucumber, spring onion, and some crumbled feta.
5. Give it a good mix to season everything well. Finish it off with the feta cubes and the olives, which will have an incredible flavor.
6. Season the dish with oil, salt, pepper, and any spices you prefer; we used oregano.
