Whipped feta and crispy potatoes: how to present a simple and delicate dish in just a few steps!

INGREDIENTS
10 potatoes
Salt
Olive oil
Paprika
Pepper
225g of feta cheese
100ml (1/2 cup) of olive oil
60ml (1/4 cup) of water
55g (1/4 cup) of cream cheese
3g (1 tbsp) of oregano
40g (2 tbsp) of honey
Lemon (zest)
METHOD
1. Cut the potatoes into wedges and set aside. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the potatoes to boiling water and boil for 15 min.
2. Place potatoes on a baking tray covered with parchment paper and drizzle with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix well and bake at 190Β°C/392Β°F for 30 minutes.
3. In a food processor crumble the feta cheese and add the olive oil, water, cream cheese, oregano, honey, and lemon (zest) and mix for 1 minute until smooth.
4. Transfer the whipped feta to a serving plate and top with potato wedges. Drizzle with olive oil and top with oregano and serve.
