Stuffed focaccia bread: a genuine, tasty snack

Ingredients:
600g all-purpose flour
500ml water
20g olive oil
6g salt
10g fresh yeast
Coarse salt to taste
Olive oil
Directions:
Dissolve the yeast in the water, then mix flour and salt in the planetary mixer. Gradually combine the water with the yeast, then add the 20 grams of oil.
Let the dough rise for about 2 hours. Then place various parts of the dough in greased molds and let stand for about 20 minutes. Then make holes, add some coarse salt and bake at 180°C (360°F) for 45 minutes.
