Bread pie: this recipe will drive you crazy

Ingredients:
500g all-purpose flour
25g fresh yeast
350 gr potatoes boiled and mashed
2 eggs
2 tablespoons grated cheese
200g salami and provolone
1 glass lukewarm milk
100g butter
Directions:
Dissolve the yeast in warm milk and then pour it into the flour. Start mixing and add potatoes, eggs, cheese and butter. Stir until a smooth dough is obtained and finally add the salami and provolone.
Put the dough in a donut mold and let it rise until doubled. Brush a beaten egg and cover, if you want, with olives. Bake at 180°C (360°F) for 45 minutes.
