Spaghetti with cauliflower: a nutritious, creamy dish

Ingredients:
500g spaghetti
1 cauliflower
1 onion
1 chili pepper
6-8 anchovy fillets
salt
pepper
ginger
Pine nuts
olive oil
 
Directions:
Boil the cauliflower. In a pan with a little oil, brown onion and chilli pepper, then add the anchovy and cauliflower and dilutw with the cauliflower cooking water. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and add the ginger. Cook the spaghetti, and add the cauliflower, crushing it with a fork. Finally add the pine nuts and cook over low heat adding the cooking water.
