Garlic Cheese Bombs: so easy and so delicious, you cannot resist to stop at one

Ingredients for 18 bombs:
500g flour
260 ml warm water
7g dried yeast
salt
1 fresh garlic
fresh parsley
60g melted butter
250g mozzarella
Directions:
Dissolve the yeast into 2 tsp of warm water. In a bowl, mix together the flour with 2 tsp of salt and dissolved yeast. Add gradually 260 ml warm water, mix until well combined and let it rest for 1 hour in a warm place. Cut the mozzarella into small cubes. Cut the dough into 18 squares, place one piece of mozzarella cheese in the middle of each square and form rolls. Grease the pan with melted butter. Incorporate the chopped fresh garlic into the melted butter and grease the bombs for extra flavor. Bake at 175 °C for 30-40 minutes until golden brown on top. Season with fresh parsley and serve them warm.
