Beer meat stew: a succulent and delicious meal

Ingredients:
Beef 800 g
White onions 500 g
Belgian dark beer 330 ml
Bacon 100 g
Butter 20 g
Thyme 3 twigs
Laurel 4 leaves
White bread 2 slices
strong Mustard
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil q.b.
Salt up q.b.
Black pepper q.b.

Directions:
Finely chop the pancetta and onion. Then brown the pancetta and apart from the meat with some butter. In a slow cooker cook the onion, always with some butter, then add papers and bacon. Mix the mustard with thyme (chopped), bay leaf (minced), oil and pepper. Brush on slices of bread and put in pot, pour the beer and cook for 2-3 hours (flame at least).
