Coffee roll: you'll fall in love with this creamy filling

Ingredients:
4 eggs
4 tablespoons of boiling water
80 grams of sugar
70 gr of seed oil
70 grams of flour 00
1 tablespoon of instant coffee
Coffee cream ingredients:
450 ml of whipping cream for cakes + 50 ml
2 tablespoons of instant coffee
Directions:
Dough: first divide egg whites and yolks. Whip the latter until stiff and then add the sugar.
Whip the egg yolks with the coffee, boiling water and then add the oil.
Add the flour and then the whipped egg whites.
Roll out the dough on the rectangular pan and bake at 356°F (180°) for 15 minutes.
Cream: dissolve the coffee in 50 ml of cream. Then whip the cream and add the coffee.
Stuff and roll the dough, leave it in the fridge for 2 hours before cutting and serving.
