Vanilla sponge cake: the simple dessert but rich of flavor

Ingredients:
4 eggs and 7 yolks
250 grams of granulated sugar
1 vanilla bean
125 grams of flour 00
125 gr of potato starch
75 gr of butter
Directions:
Mix the eggs with the sugar, then add the vanilla.
Also add the flour, starch and melted butter.
Pour the mixture into a mold and bake at 356°F (180°) for 40 minutes.
