Pumpkin and apple cake: the recipe to make it fluffy and delicious

Ingredients:
200g of pumpkin
2 apples + lemon juice
2 eggs
1 pinch of salt
210g of white sugar
100ml of corn oil
200g of soft wheat flour
half a sachet of baking powder
Preparation:
Cut and blend the pumpkin. Then whip the eggs with salt, sugar and oil. Add the flour and baking powder. Then add the apples and the pumpkin. Mix well and pour the mixture into a 26 cm diameter mold.
Bake at 356°F (180°) for 35/40 minutes.
