Ricotta and apple sponge cake: the mouthwatering dessert to try right now

Ingredients:
3 medium eggs
200 grams of sugar
200 gr of ricotta
100 gr of sunflower oil
50 grams of milk
240 gr of 0/00 flour
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 sachet of vanillin
16 gr of vanilla yeast
80 grams of raisins
2 medium apples

Directions:
Beat the egg whites until stiff with half the sugar. Then beat the egg yolks with the other half of sugar. Also add ricotta, oil, milk, flour, cinnamon, vanillin and yeast. Then add the raisins and the whipped egg whites. Also add the apples and bake at 340°F (170°) for 60 minutes.
