Blended apple cake: the useful tip to make it sponge and tasty

Ingredients:
4 apples
1 egg 180gr of white sugar
150ml of soy milk
100ml of corn oil
200g of soft wheat flour 00
half a sachet of baking powder
juice of one lemon
3 tablespoons of potato starch
Preparation:
In a blender add eggs and sugar, blend and add milk and oil.
Then add flour, yeast and starch.
Cut the apples into cubes, mix them with the juice and add to the mixture.
Pour into a mold and bake at 356°F (180°) for 30-35 minutes.
