Sponge pumpkin cake: the recipe to make it perfect

Try this simple Italian recipe to surprise everyone.
Ingredients:
350 gr of pumpkin
3 eggs
330 grams of granulated sugar
a pinch of salt
2 sachets of pure vanilla flavor
100 ml of sunflower oil
350 grams of flour 00
2 teaspoons of baking powder
Directions:
Cut the pumpkin and steam it (or in a saucepan), then blend it.
Whip the eggs with sugar, salt and vanilla flavoring.
Then add oil, pumpkin, flour and yeast.
Pour the mixture into a mold and bake at 340°F (170°) for 70 minutes.
