How to prepare delicious pancakes without a scale

Ingredients:
2 eggs
100 gr flour (1 glass)
40 gr sugar (1/2 glass)
1/2 glass of whole milk
1 teaspoon of honey
1 sachet of baking powder
 
Directions:
Work the sugar with the eggs, then add the flour and milk. Mix well and add the honey and yeast. Let the dough rest for 20 minutes in the fridge.
Heat a non-stick pan and make pancakes. Once cooked, fill them with chocolate.
