Tuna fried balls: the easy way to prepare a delicious meal

Ingredients:
400 gr of stale bread
milk q.s.
1 egg
50 gr of grated Parmesan cheese
250 gr of drained tuna
a handful of salt
sprig of parsley
egg and breadcrumbs for breading
Directions:
Dip some bread in the milk and let it soak for 15-20 minutes.
Then squeeze it well and mix it with egg, parmesan, tuna, salt and parsley. Form the meatballs and pass them in the egg and breadcrumbs, then fry in hot oil.
