Savory baskets with ricotta cheese: the delicious appetizer

Ingredients:
1 roll of shortcrust pastry
200 gr of cooked ham
400 gr of ricotta
pepper
salt
fresh chives
molds 
 

Directions:
Roll out the shortcrust pastry and cut into discs.
Then grease the molds and form the baskets.
Bake at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
Then blend the ricotta with chives, salt, pepper and cooked.
Fill the baskets and serve them.
