Stuffed bread: the delicious homemade recipe for suprise your guests!

20g (1 tbsp) sugar;
10g (1 tbsp) dry yeast;
300ml (1 ½ cup) milk;
1 egg;
50g (¼ cup) butter, melted;
1 tsp salt;
600g (4 3/4 cups) flour;
2 potatoes, peeled and boiled;
15g (1tsp) butter
150g (2/3 cup) mozzarella, shredded;
Salt and pepper to taste;
Egg yolk;
Sesame seeds.
METHOD
- Whisk warm milk with sugar, yeast, melted butter and egg.
- Add flour and salt. Knead until smooth dough forms.
- Form the dough into a ball, drizzle with olive oil and set aside for 1 hour.
- Meanwhile, mash potatoes with salt and pepper. Optionally you can add some butter.
- Divide the risen dough in half and roll each half into a disk.
- Butter and dust one large round baking pan with flour.
- Layer one dough disk on top, spread potatoes and cheese all over it.
- Add another layer of the dough on top and fold the edges under the bottom layer to cover the seam.
- Set the dough aside for 1 hour more.
- Make some incisions with your fingers as shown in the video. Brush with egg yolks and add some sesame on top.
- Bake at 190C/375F for 30 minutes.
