Salt cod and cruschi peppers: the seasoning for a delicious first course

Ingredients:
Serves 4 
500g pasta
8 pieces of cod
300g tomatoes
Parsley
4 cruschi peppers
Flour
Olive oil
Garlic
Chili pepper
 
Directions:
Fry 2 cloves of garlic in a pan and add pepper. When the garlic starts to brown, put the peppers. After a few seconds, remove them and place them on a plate. Remove the garlic and cook the floured cod in the same pan. Once cooked, put it aside and, in the same pan, cook the tomatoes for a few minutes. Then add parsley and cod. Meanwhile, drop the pasta and add a little cooking water to the pan. Finally put the peppers and garlic in the pan and then mix with the pasta. This first course will be irresistible.
