Mini focaccia donuts with cherry tomatoes: a real treat for your palate

Ingredients:
500g flour type 1
250g water
1/2 sachet active dry yeast
1 teaspoon sugar
40g butter
1 teaspoon salt
Cherry tomatoes
Salt
Oil
Oregano
Directions:
Put the flour in the planetary mixer, then dissolve the yeast in the water and combine. Add all the ingredients and mix together until smooth. Let it rise, covered, for 2 hours.
Roll out and form the donuts, overlap them as shown in the video and cover with salt, oil, tomatoes and oregano. Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 10 minutes.
