Crumble cake with strawberries and ricotta: you must try this recipe!

Ingredients:
Ingredients for shortbread:
300 grams of 00 flour
1 egg
150 grams of sugar
150 grams of butter
1 sachet of vanillin
8 gr of baking powder
Ingredients for ricotta cream:
250 gr of fresh ricotta
50 g of powdered sugar
250 gr of strawberries
2 tablespoons of sugar
Directions:
Preparation: Beat the butter in a bowl with electric whip, then add the ingredients gradually and mix until a creamy mixture is obtained. Cream: in a bowl mix together ricotta and sugar until a thick cream is obtained. Cut the strawberries and cook them on the stove for a few minutes. Make the crumble as shown in the video and bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
