Homemade cherries in syrup: perfect with ice cream or smoothies

2 kg of cherries
800 gr. of water
500 gr. of granulated sugar
500 gr. of brown sugar
Preparation:
Trick for cherries: put the brush in the cherry and push it so that the stone comes out.
In a saucepan put the two types of sugar and pour the water. Stir and bring to a boil. Then add the cherries and cook until further boiling. Then put the cherries cooked in sterilized jars and pour the juice. Close, overturn and cover the jars. Let them rest for 24 hours. Then you can enjoy your cherries (for 15 days, keep it in the fridge) or store them in the pantry for a year.
