Homemade Limoncello recipe

Ingredients:
1 kg organic lemons
500ml 96° pure alcohol
500ml water
500g sugar
Directions:
Wash the lemons well and peel them. Put the skins in a glass container and pour the alcohol. Close and cover with a kitchen towel, shake the container every day. It will be ready when the peels are crispy. Prepare water and sugar in a pan or pot and pour into the mixture. Filter and fill the bottles. Put the limoncello in the freezer and it is ready to be tasted.
