Tiramisu ice cream sandwich: a fresh snack you can make at home

Ingredients:
200ml whipping cream, well cold
120g condensed milk
120g mascarpone
100gr of biscuits
 
Preparation:
In a bowl pour the condensed milk and cream, then add the mascarpone. Whisk everything together. Put the cookies in a plastic container and cover with ice cream, then put another layer of biscuits. Refrigerate for 3 hours and the ice cream sandwiches are ready.
