Milk cinnamon cake: your guests will go back for seconds

Ingredients:
3 eggs
150g sugar
200g flour
1 tablespoon cinnamon
2 grated carrots
300ml milk
250ml oil
1 sachet baking powder
300ml whipping cream
Directions:
Mix eggs and sugar, add carrots, milk and oil. Finally add flour and cinnamon. Pour into a rectangular pan and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 30 minutes. Then cut and fill with the cream. Use peanuts to garnish.
