Pomegranate cheese ball: a recipe to try

Ingredients:
2 cups of almonds
2 tbsp of butter
Sage
200 gr grated cheese
250 gr mascarpone cheese
1 package of cream cheese
Salt
Black pepper
1 pomegranate
Directions:
Cook the almonds and the sage in the butter. Mix the 3 types of cheese and then add the almond, the spices and the sage's broth. Make the ball and cover it with the pomegranate's seeds.
