Homemade POMEGRANATE LIQUEUR: YUMMY and easy to make! 🤩

INGREDIENTS
2 pomegranates
300ml (1 1/4 cups) of alcohol 95°
250ml (1 cup) of water
300g (1 1/2 cups) of sugar
METHOD
1. Remove the inner white skin from the pomegranates and shells the grains onto a plate.
2. Transfer the grains into a glass jar and pour alcohol over. Close the jar and set aside for 10 days.
3. Once the maceration time has elapsed add the sugar and water in a saucepan and let the sugar melt. Bring to the boil and set aside to cool.
4. Filter the flavored alcohol through a strainer and pour it directly into the container with the now-cold sugar syrup. Mix to combine.
5. Fill the glass bottle with the syrup. Pour into the glasses and serve.
