CHOCOLATE LIQUEUR: few ingredients for a lot of taste! 🍫

INGREDIENTS
160g of dark chocolate
310ml (1 1/4 cups) of water
310g (1 1/2 cups) of sugar
30g (1/4 cup) of cocoa powder
Vanilla extract
220ml (1 cup) of alcohol 96°
METHOD
1. Add the dark chocolate to a small bowl and microwave for 2 minutes to melt.
2. In a saucepan add the water and sugar and mix to dissolve the sugar. Bring to the boil and turn off the heat.
3. In a saucepan with the syrup add the cocoa powder and vanilla extract and mix well. Let it cool.
4. Add the pure alcohol to a saucepan and blend with an immersion blender until you get a smooth mixture. Fill the bottle with the mixture.
5. Serve chocolate liqueur into the small glasses and enjoy.
