A light, fast and easy-to-make dessert that everybody will enjoy. Here's how to make a soft and fragrant lemon bundt cake.
INGREDIENTS
4 eggs
250g flour
250g sugar
1 small cup milk
1 small cup oil
Lemon juice and grated zest
16g baking powder
Powdered sugar
DIRECTIONS
Mix together the eggs and the sugar, then stir everything and gradually add the milk, the oil, the juice and the grated lemon peel. Once the ingredients are combined, add the flour and the baking powder and pour the mixture into the bundt pan. Bake in preheated oven at 180°C (360°F) for about 25-30 minutes.
