Cover melba toasts with cream and orange sauce: a fantastic dessert

Ingredients:
12 melba toasts
2 cups sugar
2 glasses of water
White cream:
1 liter milk
1 tsp caster sugar
2 tbsp flour
1 sachet vanilla
2-3 tablespoons butter
Orange sauce:
2 cups orange juice
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp starch
12 melba toasts

Orange sauce:
2 cups orange juice
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp starch
Dissolve two cups of sugar in the water and wet the melba toasts.
Prepare the cream: melt sugar and butter, then add the flour and the milk little by little. Stir and add the vanilla. Continue stirring until the mixture is thick and with no lumps. Let it cool. Cover the biscuits.
Orange sauce: in a small pan, cook the juice with the sugar and the starch for a few minutes, then pour the mixture over the cake.
