Stuffed and delicious triangles: the recipe to make them

Ingrediets:3 layers of phyllo dough
150 gr cornstarch
125 gr butter (to melt)
300 gr minced meat
1/2 onion
3 carrots
Sesame seeds
Directions:
Cook the carrots and prepare the mincend meat with them and onion. Cover each layers with butter and cornstarch. Then fill the phyllo dough and cut it. Cover with egg yolk and sesame seed. Bake at 356°F for 20 minutes.
