Stuffed Calzone: a fast and tasty recipe

Ingredients:500 gr flour
320 gr water
2 gr brewer's yeast
10 gr salt
Mozzarella cheese
Arugula
Directions:
Put in a bowl flour and brewer's yeast and add water gradually. Finally add salt. Put the dough in a bowl and let it rise covered with wrap (about 3 hours).
Then spread the dough and cut. Filled and fry the calzone.
