Pour mineral water in the chocolate dough: little secret to make it so soft

Ingredients:3 eggs
100 gr sugar
150 gr flour
70 gr melted butter
Baking powder
75 gr cocoa powder
200 ml whipped cream
Chocolate chips
Mineral water
Directions:
Mix egg and sugar, add flour, butter and baking powder. Then add cocoa and whipped cream. Then add mineral water. Pour the dough in a baking tray and put chocolate chips. Bake at 180° for 40 minutes.
