Fluffy cake: the secret for making it soft and sweet!

INGREDIENTS
50ml (1/5 cup) vegetable oil
50g (1/4 cup) sugar
1 egg
a pinch of salt
200ml (1 cup) warm milk
5g (1tsp) dry yeast
450g (3 cups) flour
For the filling
custad
chocolate chips
For pouring
1 egg yolk
100ml (1/2 cup) yogurt
METHOD
1. Mix in a bowl the vegetable oil and sugar.
2. Add the egg, salt and whisk.
3. Add warm milk, yeast and whisk again.
4. Add flour and create a dough.
5. Cover with foil and set aside for 1 hour.
6. Roll out the dough and cut it into pieces. Cover with foil and set aside for 15 minutes.
7. Roll out the small doughs to create the shape. Fill them with custard and chocolate chips and incise them with the pizza cutter.
8. Put the baking paper in the baking pan, grease it with the oil and arrange the rolls. Set aside for 20 minutes.
9. Mix egg yolk with yogurt and pour the mixture over the rolls.
10. Bake at 160°C/320°C for about 35 minutes.
