Ricotta and pear cake: the delicious dessert you won't be able to resist

Ingredients:
60g butter
80g sugar
1 egg
160g all-purpose flour
5g baking powder
pinch of salt
30g milk
Ricotta Filling:
500g ricotta cheese
100g sugar
2 eggs
Seeds of 1/2 vanilla berry
150g whipping cream
1 pear, diced
Directions:
Mix butter, sugar, flour, egg, baking powder, milk and salt. Pour the mixture into a pan. Prepare the cream by mixing the ingredients with the whips or with a food processor. Pour onto the base and add the pears. Bake at 170°C (340°F) for 40 minutes.
