Eggplant rolls with tomato sauce: a really tasty recipe

The recipe shows how to make eggplant rolls filled with meat and seasoned with tomatoes and tomato sauce. Bake before serving. The ingredients are the following: 5 eggplants, 300 gr. ground meat, 1 large onion, 2 tbs breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, cumin, 3 cloves of garlic, tomato sauce.
